NON-PERSONALIZED ITEMS: Items that have not been personalized can be returned within 30 days for a full refund. The customer is responsible for return shipping costs. The returned item must be received in its original package and condition to get a full refund.

Product(s) will be securely packaged and shipped in a hard mailer or box.  All orders will be shipped via USPS and a tracking number will be provided upon shipping.  Most orders will be shipped out in 3-5 business days.  Any delay will be communicated.

• This item is also available framed.  Framing options include an 8.5x11 frame without a mat in your choice of white or black.
